The following gives a brief description of the different options available in your Plesk Control Panel. Note that not all of the features may be available to you. Feature availability is dependent upon which hosting plan you choose.

User Level Options

Current Traffic

Views a summary of traffic statistics for the current user's domains.

Custom Buttons

Create, edit and delete custom buttons in your control panel.

Edit

Edit and update your contact information details.

IP Pool

Displays the current IPs in use by the client. Most clients will only have 1.

Limits

Displays the traffic, disk space, domain, and other quota limits of the account.

Manage

Manage domains registered through the control panel.

Preferences

Allows the user to change their user interface skin.

Report

Displays a summary of the current user's account information.

Domain Level Options

Databases

Add, manage, and delete MySQL databases. Your hosting plan may limit the number of MySQL databases you may set up.

Directories

Create SSL or non-SSL password protected databases.

DNS

Administer DNS records for the domain. Users may add 'A' records and restore the DNS zone to the template settings.

File Manager

The File manager allows you to navigate and manipulate your server file system. You can copy, rename and delete files and directories, change timestamps, etc - all from your browser.

FP Webadmin

Accesses the FrontPage extensions administration tool for the selected site.

FP-SSL Webadmin

Securely accesses the FrontPage extensions administration tool for the selected site.

Limits

Displays the traffic, disk space, domain, and other quota limits of the domain.

Log Manager

View and manage log files and log processing options.

Mail

Manage email accounts, including mail names, mailboxes, mail redirects, mail groups, autoresponders.

Subdomains

Setup and manage subdomains of the selected domain. Sudomains take the form "example.yourdomain.com."
